A curated dinner of 40 guests, designed to move a table past small talk through structured prompts. An early prototype of the Conversation Gathering format we still build from today.

15 Toasts Dinners

A curated dinner format where each guest offers a 3–4 minute toast: a story or moment that changed how they see the world. The structure replaces small talk with something the table actually remembers.

McCall Arts & Humanities Council

An ongoing facilitation partnership rooted in McCall's arts community. We design and lead workshops that bring people together around shared questions.

Idaho Parents Unlimited — Leadership Retreat

Led a Conversations breakout session designed around the concerns parents carry into the room. Participants left feeling seen and heard, often by people they had just met.

September 2023

Idaho Parents Unlimited — Parent Voice Summit

Designed and led an expanded Conversations Workshop for families and parent leaders. The session created space for authentic dialogue across generations and roles.

July 2025

Utah State University — Summer Citizens Program

Led a week-long class on the practice of meaningful conversation. Each day built on the last, moving the group from listening exercises into deeper, sustained dialogue.

September 2025

Parent Facilitation Training

Trained parents to facilitate meaningful conversation in their own communities. Participants left with a method, a set of questions, and the confidence to host.

Parent Cafés

Hosted parent cafés built around real conversation about the work of raising kids. The format invites honesty without advice-giving, and connection follows.
